Whitney was born on March 13th, 1945 in the USA. He, in addition to appearing on Scrubs, has appeared in many other different TV series such as 7th Heaven, Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color, Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, Star Trek: The Next Generation, and Far Out Space Nuts along with several movies such as Grand Jury, Battle Beyond the Stars, A Very Brady Sequel, Oliver & Company, and Jason Lives: Friday the 13th Part VI.
