Bio

Since she was a young child, Sonal has been dancing and performing. Sonal attended Loyola University where she graduated with a major in theatre, minors in psychology and chemistry, and a concentration in pre-medicine. She was selected as the student speaker at her graduation for all of her awards and accomplishments she made in college.

Sonal has studied acting and improv at The Moscow Art Theatre School at Harvard University, Loyola University, The Groundlings, Improv Olympic, Lesly Kahn, and is a graduate of The Second City Conservatory. Sonal has worked for the Goodman Theatre, The Lonestar Ensemble, Collaboraction,and Stir Friday Night! She has performed in various sketch shows at The Second City Studio Theatre and Comedy Cocktail. She has also worked with Artwallah, C.A.P.E., and is a founding member of Rasaka Theatre Company.

Onscreen, Sonal can be seen in the movies Ratko: The Dictator's Son, Homecoming, and World of Weird, and she has also appeared in the TV series The PTA.
