Smelly Belly is a game that Turk and Dr. Cox play in which they take turns going into the room of a patient who has a fungal infection under the fat folds in his stomach, which causes an unbearable stench. One player goes into the room while the other times it with a stopwatch. Whomever can endure the smell the longest wins. J.D. attempts to participate in the game, but exits the room immediately after entering. ("My Number One Doctor")
