Samuel Albert William "Sam" Menning played Mr. Booker on Scrubs.
Bio[]
Sam worked as a gaffer and electrician in Hollywood before he started acting. His first role was in the film Fantasm Comes Again. Since then, Sam has appeared in many movies, including The Prestige, The Onion Movie, and Young Indiana Jones and the Hollywood Follies. He has also appeared in episodes of the shows Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, My Name is Earl, ER, and Gilmore Girls, among others.
He died of emphysema at the age of 85 on March 29th 2010.
