Although she was an old woman, Mrs. Kellerman had felt self conscious her entire life. She decided to get breast implants. She asked Elliot and Carla if they ever felt inadequate about their looks, and they said no. She called them liars. Later, they realized they thought they were ugly.
The Todd took Mrs. Kellerman to surgery, and after she had her implants, she seemed very happy. ("My Case Study")
