After a successful brain surgery performed by Dr. Christopher Turk, Mrs. Kaye seemed mentally fine. Dr. Kelso, a good friend of hers, checked in on her. Afterwords he told Turk to call the DMV and revoke her license. Turk thought she was sweet and didn't want to do that to her so he dragged his feet. After telling Kelso that he had revoked her license, she nearly ran them over and smashed into Kelso's car Bessie. Todd wrestles Mrs. Kaye for her driver's license before they both stop and begin passionately kissing. ("My New Old Friend")
