Mrs. Bell was admitted to Sacred Heart, and her husband Kurt brought her drinks. Elliot was very surprised that her husband was dorky when she was so beautiful. Mrs. Bell told her that she married Kurt because he was always there for her, which made Elliot realize that J.D. was always there for her. ("His Story II")
