While the entire staff of Sacred Heart was worrying about Dr. Maddox's strict policies affecting their treatment of patients, Dr. Cox stated that he was the best doctor and she couldn't get to him. He enlisted Mr. Tillman in a clinical study for head injury patients under the age of 30. Mr. Tillman was 35 and kept shouting "35!" (similar to Frank Bober) Dr. Maddox eventually found out and discharged Mr. Tillman from the hospital. ("My Saving Grace")
