When the staff of Sacred Heart was bored, they would go bother Mr. Hilliard for entertainment. He suffered from sexual-aroused induced narcolepsy. Elliot made him fall asleep by dropping her pen and bending over to pick it up. When Carla was feeling blue about her looks, she attempted to make him fall asleep by flirting with him. When he didn't, she got upset and asked him why. He said it was because she reminded him of his sister. When she said "I'm not your sister" he instantly passed out, proving that he did indeed find her attractive. ("My Own Private Practice Guy")
