Mr. Foster was checked into the hospital after a golf ball hit his windshield and he drove into a tree. J.D. and Turk, who had been golfing on Sacred Heart's roof, felt guilty but didn't reveal that they had been doing so. After karma seemed to make their lives horrible, they revealed that it was their fault. He said that it wasn't them because he was downtown. ("My Karma")
