Meredith visited the free clinic at Sacred Heart for stomach pain. It turned out that she was eight months pregnant. Elliot was taking care of her when she diagnosed her with HELLP syndrome. However, Meredith had left the hospital and was nowhere to be found. She was eventually found by Turk in Miller Park, where she gave birth.
