Marjorie Armstrong "Markie" Post (November 4, 1950-August 7, 2021) played Lily Reid, Elliot Reid's mother on Scrubs.
Bio[]
Growing up in California, Markie started her acting career as a model on gameshows such as Cardsharks. She had since appeared in the series The Incredible Hulk, Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, Hearts Afire, The District, and Ghost Whisperer. Markie had recurring roles in the series The Fall Guy and Night Court where she appeared in over 50 episodes each. Markie also appeared in many TV films.
Markie also played the mother of Sarah Chalke's character in the 1998 TV film I've Been Waiting for You.
