Later, the man makes Janitor do push-ups because he missed a spot while mopping. It is suggested that he comes to see Janitor every time he is in town. ("My Old Man")
Years later, Janitor reveals that his father was a cat trainer, but this may or may not be true. ("My Choosiest Choice of All") Years later yet, Janitor mentions that his father had died before he was born, when J.D. points out that he had met the Janitor's father, Janitor replies "You met a man..." ("My Words of Wisdom")
