While Dr. Cox was spending time frightening the interns, he asked the intern if his punishment on Debbie was too harsh. The intern said no, which was incorrect. Dr. Cox punished him by giving him the same punishment as Debbie, which was telling him he was going to have to stay at Sacred Heart forever. ("My Night to Remember")
