Hermann Mueller is the brother of Rolf Mueller.

J.D. asked Hermann to translate his prognosis of Rolf to German, Hermann changed it and told Rolf that he was going to be fine. When J.D. caught on thanks to Elliot's ability to speak fluent German he found out that Hermann was simply trying to protect his brother.
