Bio[]
Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Fred didn't have many roles before he was cast as Freddy "Rerun" Stubbs on What's Happening!!. He also reprised his role in What's Happening Now!. He has appeared in a handful of other films and TV shows before his death in October of 2003.
