Frank Encarnacao, also known as Frank Cameron, has only appeared in the series Scrubs. He has written for the series Relic Hunter, Highlander: The Raven, adapted Mark Twain's A Young Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court into a screenplay and wrote the script for Young Ivanhoe.
