A Four Story Atomic Wedgie is a brand of wedgie distributed by the Janitor in "My Missed Perception" on Todd. It is done by throwing the person over a building higher than four stories and dangling them their by their banana hammock or whatever else is being worn. According to J.D., the Four Story Atomic Wedgie registers as a 10 on Sacred Heart's pain chart.
