Elizabeth was born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. She has been acting since the early 1990s in the series The Adventures of Pete & Pete. She has studied acting at the William Esper Acting Studio. She has since starred in the TV series Felicity, Titans, The Mountain, Gemini Division, The Big Bang Theory, Marry Me, The Forgotten, American Dreams, Happy Hour, Time of Your Life, Beverly Hills, 90210, and October Road.
