Born in Poughkeepsie, New York, Edith has been acting for the screen since 1976. She has appeared in dozens of TV shows including Taxi, Newhart, The Facts of Life, Family Ties, Walker Texas Ranger, My Wife and Kids, NYPD Blue, and The Closer. She can also be seen in the movies Next staring Nicolas Cage, House Party, and Three Men and a Little Lady.
