Denise Dudemeister is Keith Dudemeister's sister.

She is first mentioned in "My Bright Idea", in which it is revealed she once made out with her brother, Keith, when he was in the 6th grade. Elliot responds by saying that she has met her and thinks she is gorgeous, which means that it was ok for Keith to make out with her. In "My Chopped Liver", Elliot (who speaks fluent German) states that "Dudemeister" means "Master of Dudes" implying they are of German descent.
