Foley is a Canadian-born actor who has appeard on over 80 film and TV productions and is also a frequent voice actor for animated films. Notable appearances were in The Kids in the Hall, A Bug's Life, Toy Story 2, South Park, Will & Grace and Robson Arms. He also worked together with Sarah Chalke on the animated Disney special for ABC Prep & Landing.
