While waiting to meet a former patient who might have been owed money by Plomox, Elliot and J.D. got bored and placed a prank sign on a nearby fast food drive through asking customers to yell. An irate customer abducted the manager through the window because he was yelling back at him. The police arrived, and a cop asked J.D. and Elliot a few questions. Elliot buckled and told him that she placed the sign, but the cop just laughed and told her that it wasn't an offense. ("My Waste of Time")
