Coffee Bucks has stores on both coasts of the United States, as well as coffee the shop sells various pastries and cakes including Muffins, Doctor Kelso entered a competition and won free muffins for life and enjoys the atmosphere. In My Finale, Dr. Kelso steals his favorite table and two chairs from the shop. Sacred Heart Hospital had one added as an extension. It is unclear if New Sacred Heart Hospital has a Coffee Bucks.
