Charlie is an extremely obnoxious person who enjoys frightening other people, usually (in episode) via manner of Alien related gags, and he particularly targets Elliot Reid. He sometimes enlists the help of interns in his surprises. He managed to cure the Endocrinology problem that Elliot and him were working on in an incredible short amount of time.
