A Slow Motion Girl is anyone who has had a slow motion entrance into the hospital or somewhere else, usually accompanied by a fan which blows their hair back as they walk. This is usually done in J.D.'s fantasy, because he finds them sexy. Occasionally it is just done because Janitor is blowing a fan down the hallway.
