Biff has appeared in over 100 TV shows and movies since his first uncredited role in the 1957 film Jet Pilot. Notable roles include 4 episodes of Hill Street Blues, 5 episodes of Knots Landing, 2 episodes of Dallas, and 13 episodes of Gilmore Girls as Tom. He can also be seen in many films, including Ed Wood, White Oleander, Batman Returns, and is possibly best known for his role as George in Edward Scissorhands.
