Bernie is fortunate enough to have very good insurance. One day he felt some shortness of breath and visited Sacred Heart. There, Dr. Taylor Maddox noticed he had spectacular insurance and ran him through a lot of scans to earn a lot of money from his insurance, even though all he has was shortness of breath.
