Bio[]
Born in New York City, Arthur has been acting since 1968 when he appeared in an episode of Gentle Ben. He has since appeared in nearly 80 other productions. He may best be known for his role as Jenner in his 26 episode run in Air America, or as Dr. Belmont on 5 episodes of The Liar. He can be seen in several movies as well including The Mummy's Kiss, Storm Trooper, and the upcoming Dispatch.
