Alessia Costantini was a writer for Scrubs.

Bio[]

Born in Detroit, Alessia graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering. Since then, she has written several projects and won many awards. She was the First Place winner of the 2005 Sautter Teleplay Competition for her Scrubs script, "My Plumb Line". She also was the Grand Prize winner in the 2005 Austin Film Festivals and the 2006 Sautter Teleplay Competition for her Bernie Mac script "To Kill a Mockingbird". Alessia is also the recipient of the ABC/Disney Writing Fellowship in 2006, and the Nickelodeon Writing Fellowship in 2005-2006.

After writing episodes of Everybody Hates Chris and The X's and working as a writer for The 2007 World Music Awards, Alessia worked as an assistant to the writers for the hit TV show American Dad!.
